Logo Digitizing & Vector Art Orders

When placing an order for logo digitizing, we require that customers acknowledge their understanding of the financial responsibilities associated with these orders. By submitting your order, you agree to the following terms:

Financial Responsibility:
“By submitting this order, I hereby confirm that I am placing this order intentionally and understand that I am liable to pay the corresponding invoice issued by 360 Digitizing upon completion of the design process. I acknowledge that 360 Digitizing is not responsible if my client decides not to proceed with the embroidery or if they choose not to work with me/my company. In such cases, I understand that I remain obligated to pay the full invoice amount. This consent serves as a commitment to fulfill the financial responsibility associated with the order, and I am aware that failure to pay the invoice may result in appropriate legal actions.”

Compensation for Unmet Expectations

Credits and Refunds:

  • Custom Orders: If there are issues with your order, we strive to offer reasonable solutions. While we do not provide full refunds for custom work, we are willing to discuss credits toward future orders in cases where our services did not meet the agreed-upon quality.

Custom Patches Orders

  • No Full Refunds:

Note on Patches Refunds: Any refund related to custom patches will be applied specifically for patches only. This means that if you receive a credit for patches, it can only be utilized for future patch orders and not for any other services.

Vector Art Refunds:
