The mascot digitizing for our school jackets exceeded my expectations. Every feather detail was preserved. Our embroiderer said it was one of the cleanest files she’s ever run.

Sent a complex sports logo for team uniforms — got back a perfect DST file within 8 hours. Stitching was clean with zero pull on the first run. Will be back for all future orders.

They digitized a fire department patch that three other services struggled with. The detail on the Maltese cross came out exactly right. Fast turnaround, strongly recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers specific to monogram digitizing — not the generic FAQ.

What is the best font style for a monogram on a polo shirt cuff?

Script or block lettering at 1–1.5 inches works best on cuffs — around 800–1,400 stitches. Avoid ultra-thin script fonts at small sizes; satin-stitch fills hold detail better.

Can you do three interlocking letters in different sizes?

Yes — traditional interlocking monograms have the center letter taller. We build each letter separately and layer them correctly. Specify your size and letter order in the notes.

What garments work best for monogramming?

Flat-weave fabrics — dress shirts, towels, robes, tote bags, and flat cap fronts. Stretchy or textured fabrics (fleece, terry cloth) need special stabilizer notes, which we include in the color sheet.

Can I request a specific font that matches my brand?

Yes. Upload a reference image of the font, or paste the font name in the notes. If it is a commercial font we can reference, we will match it as closely as possible as a digitized stitch file.

How small can a monogram be and still look sharp?

Minimum readable size is 0.5 inches for block letters and 0.75 inches for script. Anything smaller loses detail in stitching. We will advise if your requested size is below the workable threshold.

Do you include a color sheet with Madeira or Isacord thread numbers?

Yes — every monogram delivery includes a color sheet with the exact thread brand and number for each color used, so your machine operator can match it exactly.
