Buyer Protection Overview
Buyer protection ensures you can get a refund within the protection period if your item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or does not match the description provided.
How long does Buyer Protection last, and how can I initiate a return/refund?
Buyer protection lasts 15 days from the moment you confirm receipt of your item. Any item marked with the “Buyer Protection” label on its detail page is covered, with the following exceptions:
- Items that have been damaged by you.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable items (e.g., flowers).
- Items that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
Dispute Procedure
During the dispute process, 360 Digitizing Solutions will investigate the issue considering the following factors:
- Whether the goods or services received are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was presented or described.
- Whether the goods or services have not arrived due to factors beyond the store’s control.
- Whether the non-arrival is caused by incorrect shipping details or other errors made by the buyer (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- Whether the goods or services were returned to the seller due to customs clearance issues.
360 Digitizing Solutions may request supporting information, documentation, or evidence to investigate your claim.
Refund Process
After the dispute is resolved, 360 Digitizing Solutions will process the refund, generally within 15 days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. In some cases, you may opt for a quicker refund via a redeemable store coupon.
General Rules
- By participating in Buyer Protection, you agree to be bound by these official rules.
- Any fraud or abuse (as determined by 360 Digitizing Solutions) will result in forfeiture of eligibility for Buyer Protection.
- 360 Digitizing Solutions is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected communications, including emails.
- The eligibility for Buyer Protection will be determined based on the store’s records, which are conclusive in case of discrepancies.
- 360 Digitizing Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Decisions made regarding disputes are final and binding.
Force Majeure
360 Digitizing Solutions is not liable for Buyer Protection claims resulting from events beyond its control, such as internet failures, telecommunications issues, natural disasters, strikes, or any other unforeseeable events that disrupt business operations, including the impact of a national or global epidemic or pandemic.
Return Costs
- If you return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the item is defective, not as described, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by 360 Digitizing Solutions.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds may take 1-10 working days to appear, depending on your original payment method.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless you choose to receive a faster refund via a 360 Digitizing Solutions redeemable coupon.
